CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We are grateful that you are trusting us with helping you get healthy, it's a big commitment and one that we believe is very worthwhile. 

We offer a full refund for up to 7 days prior to the start of your cleanse or meal delivery. For cancellations 5 days prior to the first day of your cleanse/meal delivery we will refund 45% of the costs. No refunds may be issued after the 5 day mark. If you would like to send you cleanse to someone else, that is an option. All refunds result in a $20.00 non-refundable service fee.

There are no refund for delays and interference that are outside of Local Juicery's control. This includes, but is not limited to bad weather, issues with shipping curriers, traffic. If we have to cancel your cleanse or delivery, we will communicate with you clearly by email. We will make sure you are compensated for any meal, program, product that is not delivered due to issues on our end.

For our retail, we accept unopened and brand new condition products only. Clothing must have tags. This is for 25 days from purchase date. You must bring or send your receipt. If you are returning by mail, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
