JUICER + FOOD PREP
The juicer at Local Juicery/Food Prep/Dish support is a very important position. You bring life to our shop and health to our community. It's important that you have an ability for multitasking and cleanliness. You will be cross-trained on our middle of house station where we make waffles, toasts, and yummy oatmeals. We are family-owned and operated and would love to meet you if you feel you're a great fit for our team! 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
-Passion for the Local Juicery brand and enthusiasm for learning more

-Available to work a minimum of 30 hours/week AND a minimum of 4 days. Also, the flexibility to cover shifts for coworkers when emergencies arise.

-This job requires lifting up to 50 pounds at once and walking/carrying things. It also requires standing for long periods, bending over, reaching and scooping, using heavy equipment, as well as various other physical prep tasks.

-Ready to learn, dive in with an amazing attitude, and deliver amazing products to our community!

-Cultivate a strong knowledge of all Local Juicery products behind the counter and on the retail shelves.

-Ability to check-in produce, do produce inventory, and keep quality control

-Work with your manager to handle any conflicts, always trying to speak up rather than hold in. 

-Smiling and bringing positive energy to each and every guest, even the challenging ones.

-Working well with other team members is mandatory

-Follow all policies, procedures, recipes, health codes, and safety regulations.

-Learn to operate all necessary machinery 

- Keep a clean and thoughtful workspace throughout your shift

-Finish change over or closing list before clocking out


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
-A passion for food, people, and health

-1-2 years working in a food or grocery establishment (preferred)

- Food experience is a plus but not required

-Someone who cares deeply about helping people heal with food!
